Pengaruh Pemberian Madu Dengan Dosis Berbeda Terhadap Maskulinisasi Ikan Molly (Poecilia sphenops) Dengan Metode Perendaman
Molly fish among aquarium ornamental fish lovers are already popular. Male molly fish have a different tail shape from female fish because on average male fish have a forked tail shape, molly fish farmers often call it lyretail, this tail shape has a different market value. Therefore, the production of male molly fish is the focus of molly fish farming activities. One of the efforts to meet the high demand by masculinizing molly fish using honey, this research was conducted using an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replicates. The treatments were 0 ml/L dose, 9 mgl/L dose, 10 ml/L dose, 11 ml/L dose, and 12 ml/L dose. The research was conducted from July to September 2023.
