Mitigasi Risiko Keterlambatan Tahap Konstruksi Pembangunan Jalan Tol Dengan Pendekatan Probabilistik Dan Metode Lean Sigma (Studi Kasus Pembangunan Jalan Tol Binjai – Pangkalan Brandan)
The Binjai – Pangkalan Brandan Toll Road is part of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road based on Presidential Regulation Number 117 of 2015. Based on information from service providers and service users, it has experienced delays in completion. The aim of this case study is to identify factors causing delays, analyze risks using a probabilistic approach with the @risk application and select risk mitigation measures to reduce the risk of delays using a probabilistic approach and the lean sigma method. It is hoped that the case study in this research combines 2 analytical methods to provide new input for researchers. The RII (Relative Importance Index) method found 5 dominant factors that most influenced the delay in this project, namely land acquisition, inadequate land investigation before design work, inaccurate survey data (pre-design), design changes, permits related to the government. Lean Sigma method risk mitigation and stochastic analysis with a 95% confidence level. The Binjai - Pangkalan Brandan Toll Road Construction Project will be completed in 1,526 days from the original plan of 1,384 days.
