The ratification of Law No. 17 of 2019 about water resources confirms that the state guarantees the sustainability of the function of water and water sources which includes prevention, mitigation and restoration efforts. hydraulic structures, one of which is the Pulau Dompak reservoir which is in the Bukit Bestari District area of Tanjung Pinang City. Therefore, the performance of reservoir is very important because it is directly related to the success of water resource management programs. The methods used to measure performance assessment base on Circular Letter from Diretorate General of Water Resource Number of /SE/D/2017 consist of physical aspects, operational and service aspects, security and environmental aspects and institutional aspects in this research, which is inventory methods, field surveys, interviews and field assessments as well as using descriptive analysis as data analysis. The performance category assessment uses a Likert scale. Based on the analysis, the performance results of the Pulau Dompak reservoir from the physical aspect resulted in a performance value of 59,08% in the adequate performance category, then for the performance results from the operational and service aspects it resulted in a performance value of 69,75% in the sufficient performance category, then for the performance results from the security aspect buildings and the environment produced a performance score of 52,10% in the poor performance category, finally, the institutional aspect performance results produced a performance score of 93,25% in the good performance category. Overall, Pulau Dompak reservoir obtained a total performance of 65,00% and was categorized as adequate performance.
