Analisis Susunan Model Tangki Sugawara Pada Daerah Aliran Sungai Masjid Kota Dumai
River water resources are developed as an effort to support human life by providing and utilizing water. In practice, planning the development of water resources in a watershed (DAS) requires field discharge data as the main data. However, discharge measurement data in the field is generally limited and the most common data is rainfall data. Therefore it is necessary to transform rainfall data into discharge data with hydrological modeling. One of the hydrological modeling that is often used in Indonesia is the Sugawara tank model. The working system of this model is to simulate the watershed by using reservoirs in the form of tank arrays to represent the watershed itself. Determination of model parameters in the calibration stage is done by trial and error. Variations in the length of data for the calibration stage and verification stage were used in this study to obtain the best model optimization. This research was conducted in the Masjid Watershed of Dumai City. The results showed rain-discharge diversion based on the criteria of Correlation Coefficient (r), Nash Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE), and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The most optimum result is obtained in scheme III with the value of the calibration stage for the value of r = 0,35, NSE = -1,62, and RMSE = 250,55. While the verification stage value of r = 0,53, NSE = -0,32, and RMSE = 68,94. The range of model parameter values obtained, specifically for the height interval of the production store tank, namely tank 1 are 386,57 mm ≤ ≤ 492,43 mm, tank 2 are 322,20 mm ≤ ≤ 352,80 mm, tank 3 are 322,20 mm ≤ ≤ 352,80 mm and tank 4 are 320,45 ≤ H4 ≤ 347,05.
