Pengaruh Kemampuan Mengajar Matematika Guru Dan Kaitannya Dengan Kompetensi Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Bukittinggi
This research aims to find out how teachers' mathematics teaching abilities affect the ability to recognize number concepts in children aged 5-6 years, and to find out how much influence teachers' mathematics teaching abilities have on children's number concepts. This type of research is quantitative correlation research. The level of development achievement stated in National Education Minister Regulation No. 58 of 2009, namely that children are able to recognize number symbols from 1-10 if taught in a fun environment. To help children master the ability to calculate these numbers, teachers must have a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. Mathematics greatly influences human life. Actually, mathematics is not a problem for someone. This can be seen from how adults use mathematical concepts and thinking to solve various problems today. Based on research results, the influence of teachers' mathematics teaching abilities on the ability to recognize numbers in children aged 5-6 years at S Kindergarten. The conclusions from this research are: This research obtained an overview of the mathematics teaching abilities of teachers at Kindergarten Bukittinggi which was obtained through a questionnaire with a percentage of 93% and this research also obtained an overview of the ability to recognize numbers of children at Kindergarten Bukittinggi by studying documents which reached a percentage of 71%. based on the Linear Regression formula, the influence given is 41.9%.
