Pengembangan Modul Elektronik (E-Modul) Berbasis Discovery Learning Pada Materi Virus Kelas X SMA
This research aims to produce a discovery learning-based electronic module on high-quality class X high school virus material. The benefit of this research is increasing motivation in developing electronic modules based on discovery learning. This research was carried out at the Biology Education Study Program, FKIP, University of Riau, SMAN 1 Pekanbaru, and SMAN 8 Pekanbaru in August-November 2023. This type of research is development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model, which consists of the analysis, design, and development stages. and development. At the analysis stage, what is carried out is analyzing the curriculum, students and materials. The design stage is designing learning devices and electronic modules. The development stage is developing electronic module products based on discovery learning, carrying out validation and limited trials in stages I and II of electronic modules. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets and respondent questionnaires. Data from validation and limited trials were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the electronic module validation obtained an average score of 3.73 with a very valid category. Phase I and II limited trials obtained an average score of 3.77 in the very good category. The quality of the electronic module received an average score of 3.75 in the very good category. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the electronic module based on discovery learning on virus material for class X SMA that has been developed has very good quality.
