Analisis Kinerja Unit Pengolahan Dan Pemasaran Bahan Olahan Karet (UPPB) Sepakat Di Desa Banjar Benai Kecamatan Benai

This research was conducted in Banjar Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research has the following objectives: (1) analyzing the Institutional Performance of UPPB Sepakat in marketing rubber farmers in Banjar Benai Village, Benai District, (2) knowing the income of rubber farmers who are members of the UPPB Sepakat institution in Banjar Benai Village, Benai District. This study used a survey method by conducting interviews with farmers and distributing questionnaires to farmers who are members of UPPB. Sample determination in this study was carried out with the type of Non Probability Sampling. The Non Probability Sampling technique chosen is by Saturated Sampling (Census), which is a sampling method if all members of the population are used as samples, 40 samples of farmers are obtained in total who are members of UPPB Agree Banjar Benai Village, Benai District. The results of the analysis obtained in this study are that all indicator components in the calculation of the analysis of bokar processing and marketing performance by UPPB Sepakat are in the very good category, with an average score of 4.28. The score calculation uses three indicator components, namely, seen from the aspects of technical activities, business development activities and marketing activities. The range of score acquisition values for all indicator components is in the very good category. The revenue of the Bokar Processing and Marketing Unit (UPPB) Agreed in Banjar Benai Village, Benai District, is IDR 50,568,000.00 per hectare per year in 2022 with an average total production cost of IDR 5,662,713.79 per hectare per year. The net income obtained is Rp 44,905,286.21 per hectare per year and the monthly income obtained by rubber farmers at UPPB Sepakat is Rp 3,742,000 ha per month.
