Pengembangan E-Modul Berbasis STEM Entrepreneurship dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Berpikir Kreatif dan Life Skill Siswa pada Materi Bioteknologi
This research aims to determine the validity of the developed STEM Entrepreneurship e-module teaching materials on biotechnology and the influence of the developed e-module on students' creative thinking and life skills on biotechnology material.
This research consists of two stages, that is the first stage of development
e-module using Research & Development through the ADDIE approach in the FKIP UNRI Masters Program, the second stage of the experiment at SMAN 8 Pekanbaru. The module validation stage involved 3 subjects (1 material expert,
1 media expert and 1 biology teacher). Feasibility assessment by experts using a validation sheet. The practicality test phase involved 3 biology education master's students and the limited trial involved 10 students. Assessment of the practicality of e-modules using a response questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis with the help of Microsoft Office Excel 2010. The experimental stage was to see the effect of the e-module being developed on students' creative thinking and life skills. Assessment of students' creative thinking uses questions before and after treatment, while assessment of learning outcomes uses pretest and posttest. Data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 software.
The results of the e-module development research show that the feasibility score by material experts with an average of 84.84% is in the very valid category, by media experts with an average of 99.07% in the very valid category and the feasibility score by learning experts (biology teachers) is in the average of 81.07 % category is very valid. Practicality test by students with an average of 91.78 in the very practical category. Limited trials with an average of 88.03 in the very practical category. This shows that the STEM Entrepreneurship e-module produced in this research is considered suitable for use in learning biotechnology material.
The results of the experimental stage research show that there is an influence. The significant use of STEM Entrepreneurship e-modules on students' creative thinking and life skills is:
in the creative thinking experimental class before treatment 81.25 in the good category increased to 90.25 in the very good category after treatment, while in the control class it was 79.00 in the good category to 81.25 in the good category, the life skills of the experimental class obtained a pretest average score of 75.95 in the good category to a posttest average of 88.75 in the very good category, while the control class pretest got a mean of 75.70 and the posttest mean 77.75, this means that the experimental class further increase in creative thinking and life skills compared to the control class.
The conclusion of this research is that the development of the STEM Entrepreneurship e-module as teaching material on biotechnology material is very valid and the use of the e-module developed has an effect on students' creative thinking and life skills.
