Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Partisipasi Guru dalam KKG Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar se Gugus IV Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Participation in KKG on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in Cluster IV, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted in 5 elementary schools in Cluster IV, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The population was 192 people, and the sample was 130 respondents by first testing the instrument on 30 respondents. Both descriptive and inferential analysis were used to analyze the data. This research was conducted to determine the influence of the Principal Leadership variables and Teacher Participation in KKG on Teacher Performance. The validity of test items using product moment and the instrument reliability coefficient are calculated using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The research results concluded (1) There is a positive influence between Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance. Coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.452 or 45.2% and the regression equation Y=57.772+0.440X. (2) There is a positive influence between teacher participation in KKG on teacher performance. Coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.314 or 31.4% and the regression equation Ŷ=56.207+0.812X2. (3) There is a positive influence between Principal Leadership and Teacher Participation in KKG on Teacher Performance. Coefficient of Determination (r2) = 0, 452 or 45.2%, meaning that the influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Participation in KKG on Teacher Performance is 45.2%. Regression equation Ŷ=42.286+0.316X1+0.573X2. The research results show that the Principal's Leadership and Teacher Participation in the KKG have a positive influence on Teacher Performance both simultaneously and partially.
