Analisis Minat Dan Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa Pada Materi Virus Di SMA Negeri 1 Peranap Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

Education is closely related to interest in learning, functioning as a driving force, determining direction and determining action, so that the size of students' interest in learning will influence the learning outcomes that will be achieved. The results of interviews with Biology teachers in class Virus material that is difficult for students to understand results in low learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to determine interest and learning outcomes in biology on virus material at SMAN 1 Peranap after the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research carried out was descriptive quantitative with data collection methods, namely documentation and questionnaires. The results of data analysis on students' interest in studying Biology, virus material for class 3.17 in the high category, and the student engagement indicator has an average of 3.01 in the high category. The recapitulation results of the average student interest in studying biology regarding viruses based on all the indicators used were 3.08 in the medium category. Students' cognitive learning outcomes in class.
