Penerapan Manajemen Waktu Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu Politeknik Kesehatan Riau Pekanbaru Menggunakan Network Planning
Project management is the application of the best knowledge, expertise, skills, technical methods with limited resources, to achieve predetermined goals and objectives in order to obtain optimal results in terms of cost performance, quality, and time, as well as work safety. Project scheduling is a form of project planning that is made with the aim that the project is completed on time. Critical Path Method (CPM) is the basis of a network-based job planning and control system. This research uses the network planning method to determine the time of project acceleration and find out what activities are on the critical path. The use of the Critical Path Method (CPM) requires a project time schedule to define critical activities. The results of this research affect the project completion time, which initially lasted 280 days to 111 days.
