Writing this Final Assignment about planning and calculating Budget Plans (RAB) aims to plan buildings, calculate Cost Budget Plans for building a building. Data collection was carried out by conducting a literature study of manuals and documents related to building planning. Apart from that, data collection was also carried out directly in the field to collect data on land conditions at the location and conduct a survey of building material prices and wages around the construction site. Building planning was carried out using AutoCad 2007 software for 2D drawings. Based on the planned space requirements, the area obtained in a two-story shophouse building in Pintu Gobang Kari Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total building area: 640 m2. Based on the calculation results, the planned cost is IDR 1,724,446,147.71 (One Billion Seven Hundred Million Twenty Four Million Four Hundred Forty Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Seven Rupiah), with the price per m2 of the building being IDR 2,694,447.71 /m2 (Two Million Six Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Four Hundred and Forty Seven Rupiah).
