The cost house business has a good prospect because of the fans and the demand for cost houses is very high, especially for the cost house that is in the area around the campus. In the process of searching for cost houses carried out in order to find cost housing with facilities, as well as appropriate prices, generally potential residents conduct a survey in person. But the process is less effective with many considerations such as distance, energy, and time of potential resicents. As for owners of cost houses, to promote cost housing by relying only on printed media such as banners and brochures is considered less suitable for use in today’s era that has entered the digital age. So, out of that situation, it takes an application that is supposed to facilitate the process of searching for information and promotion of cost houses. The application is implemented into a website, where prospective residents can conduct a cost house survey online using the virtual tour feature, while cost house owners can promote cost house online easily and quickly. The prototype method is the method used in this research, and the programming languages used are the PHP framework Laravel and MYSQL as a database in application development. Based on the test results of the unit testing software using blackbox testing Application testing uses the ISO 9126 test standard that consists of 6 characteristics, namely functionality, realibility, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability that are working well.
