Zeolite Sebagai Bahan Aditif Campuran Beraspal Hangat Stone Matrix Asphalt (Warm Mix Stone Matrix Asphalt/Wma-Sma)
Indonesia is one of the countries affected by global warming, one of the causes is asphalt production in Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP). The asphalt production process at AMP is at high temperatures, resulting in CO2 gas emissions which cause air pollution. So it requires efforts to reduce these gas emissions by lowering the temperature for making the asphalt mixture, namely using the production method Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA). The WMA production process requires additives to make mixing easier, namely by adding zeolite to the mixture. This research aims to determine the effect of adding zeolite in the Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) mixture on its ability to resist draindown, characteristics Marshall, Catanbro Test, Indirect Tensile Strenght test, dan Aging. The method used in this research is the experimental method for each test carried out. The results of this research were obtained in the Marshall test, the Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) stability value was 730,36 Kg and the WMA stability value was 602,18 Kg, in the catanbro test, the HMA catanbro loss value was 2,504% and the WMA catanbro loss value was 1,907%, in the Indirect Tensile Strenght Test (ITS) test, The HMA ITSR value was 1,010 and the WMA ITSR value was 1,218, and in the aging test, the HMA short-term and long-term stability values were 923,813 Kg and 798,550 Kg, while the WMA short-term and long-term stability values were 840,305 Kg and 798,215 Kg.
