Employees are the key to determining a company's success. For this reason, every employee is required to have knowledge, skills and abilities, apart from that they must also have a vision for the company, experience, motivation, self-discipline, high work enthusiasm, and of course be able to work under work pressure.
Performance results are very dependent on the level of individual ability in achieving them, especially organizational goals. Performance emphasizes the results of a job's functions or what comes out (out-come). If you look further, what happens in a job or position is a process that processes input into output (work results).
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on work morale. The influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. The influence of work morale on employee performance. The influence of organizational culture on employee performance through work morale and the influence of leadership on employee performance through work morale. In this study, the samples were Head Office employees who were in the office and did not travel mobile or around remote areas. So the sample taken was 100 people. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is sem.
From the research results it was found that organizational culture influences work morale. Leadership influences work morale. Organizational culture influences performance. Leadership influences employee performance. Work morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through work morale. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through work morale.
Based on the conclusions above, companies must remind employees to prioritize quality work results in terms of performance. This can be done by providing training to employees, especially basic training and knowledge standards appropriate to their field of work, so that they can work in accordance with organizational principles.
