Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pelaksanaan E-Government Dengan Kemandirian Daerah Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

The implementation of E-Government has been effective since 2001 under the management of the Department of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encryption as the element responsible for the implementation of E-Government. Currently, the implementation of E-Government in Indonesia is not only carried out by the central government, but has been instructed and started to be implemented by regional governments. Of the 33 (thirty three) provinces in Indonesia that have implemented E-Government, not all of them are included in the E-Government Index (PeGI) ranking carried out by the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo). Meanwhile, in 2022, of the 38 (thirty eight) provinces in Indonesia, only 24 (twenty four) provinces will be included in the results of the SPBE monitoring and evaluation implementation.
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of area, regional original income and population on the implementation of E-Government with regional independence as a moderating variable. In determining the sample, this research used a purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples using criteria determined based on research policy. The observation data taken amounted to 123 data from 41 districts/cities originating from a 3 (three) year observation period starting from 2020-2022. The type of data is quantitative data sourced from secondary sources. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and Conditional Process Analysis from Hayes.
The research results show that the area, regional original income and population influence the implementation of E-Government. Regional independence moderates the influence of regional original income and population on the implementation of E-Government. Meanwhile, regional independence does not moderate area influence on the implementation of E-Government.
