Pembelajaran Berbasis Project Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 188 Kota Pekanbaru Pada Mata Pelajaran PJOK

Every research certainly has aims and objectives, based on the existing problem formulation, the aim to be achieved in this research is to increase student interest at SDN 188 Pekanbaru City through the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. Data was collected using questionnaires, observation sheets and documentation. In this research, the PTK (classroom action research) method was used directly by the researcher as a subject teacher. Which refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. This research was carried out at SDN 188 Pekanbaru City which is located on Jl. Orchid no. 14 Garuda Sakti Kel. Simpang Baru District. Tampan Pekanbaru City, Riau will be held in approximately 1 month to be precise in 2023, starting on Wednesday 19 July 2023, pre-cycle data collection, after 2 weeks, cycle 1 data collection will be carried out, meeting 1 on Wednesday 26 July and meeting 2 on Wednesday 2 August then collecting cycle data 2 meetings, 1 on Wednesday 9 August and meeting 2 on 16 August, covering planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which was taken from a higher class, namely class V, totaling 27 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is comparative descriptive statistical analysis.
Based on the results of classroom action research which has been carried out in 2 cycles with the application of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model in PJOK learning, it can be concluded that before implementing the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model in PJOK learning it can be said that students' interest in learning was in the low category, namely 46%. The reason why students' low interest in learning in PJOK lessons is the difficulty in understanding it as a whole, is due to the learning model which still relies on the teacher or what is called Teacher Center Learning, which causes students to be inactive in class, resulting in a decrease in interest in learning PJOK. After implementing the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model, students' interest in learning PJOK in class V at SDN 188 Pekanbaru City has increased with an average score of 83%.

This increase started from Pre-cycle, namely 46%, then the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model was applied through cycle 1, increasing to 55% and continued in cycle 2, with a significant increase of 83%. The results of this research prove that the Project Based Learning learning model is able to increase student interest at SDN 188 Pekanbaru City.
