Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Guru PJOK di SD Negeri 187 Pekanbaru
The aim of this research is to find out how PJOK teachers implement the Independent Curriculum. This type of research is qualitative research used to research natural conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument, taking data sources and the object of this research is the Merdeka Curriculum. Based on data collection carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted for 2 weeks, interviewing deputy principals, subject teachers, namely PJOK teachers and teachers who had taken part in independent curriculum training. Aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum for PJOK teachers at SD Negeri 187 Pekanbaru.
The implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 187 Pekanbaru has gone well. Now the implementation of the independent curriculum is in its second year. The classes that have implemented it are classes I, II, IV & V. The implementation of this independent curriculum is more of a differentiated approach where students group learning achievements based on the child's growth phase. The system in the independent curriculum, namely the Pancasila student profile, equips children to have character and skills in the future. The independent curriculum, which has been running for 2 years, still faces several obstacles. Starting from the problem of teachers who still do not understand the independent curriculum, lack of training on the independent curriculum, incomplete facilities and infrastructure resulting in obstacles to the implementation of the independent curriculum. For this reason, teachers must be creative and must continue to learn about this independent curriculum so that the learning process runs smoothly in the future.
