Analisis Pemanfaatan Data Hujan Satelit Global Satellite Measurement Of Precipitation (Gsmap) Sebagai Input Model Gr2m Dan Nreca Di Daerah Aliran Sungai Mesjid Kota Dumai
Dumai City is the result of the expansion of Bengkalis Regency which was inaugurated as Dumai City on April 20 1999, with Law no. 16 of 1999 dated April 20 1999 after previously being an administrative city (kotif) within Bengkalis Regency. Dumai City experiences extreme seasonal variations in monthly rainfall. In the field of water resources analysis, rainfall data is one of the important data in hydrological calculations. The field rainfall observations carried out have limitations in their scope, this causes the need for remote sensing tools in the form of satellites. One of the satellites used to estimate rainfall in Indonesia is the GSMaP (Global Satellite Measurement of Precipitation) satellite. This research uses quantitative methods through literature study, data collection and data analysis. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the use of GSMaP satellite rainfall data with the GR2M model and NRECA model is compared to previous research which used field rainfall data for the Mosque River Watershed in Dumai City. The results of this research show that satellites can estimate rainfall better than field data. This is shown by the larger R and NSE values and the smaller error values from field data. The conclusion from the results of this research is that good model performance during calibration does not guarantee the same results during data verification. The R value in both models produces low correlation criteria for calibration. The R calibration value in GR2M has a low correlation interpretation with a value of 0.21 and a low correlation interpretation for NRECA with a value of 0.21. The NSE score is in the good category with a score of 0.66 for GR2M and in the very good category with a score of 0.94 for NRECA.
