Evaluasi Pengelolaan Drainase Dengan Kolam Retensi Di Bagian Barat Kota Pangkalan Kerinci, Kabupaten Pelalawan
Pangkalan Kerinci Barat Village is located in a lowland. However, it is unfortunate that the rapid development of the city has not been balanced with adequate infrastructure conditions so that in recent years the West Kerinci Base area has often been hit by floods. The rapid growth of the city is not balanced with adequate infrastructure, causing Pangkalan Kerinci Barat to often be hit by floods with varying heights, 10 cm to 60 cm, inundating roads, settlements, and public facilities. The Pelalawan Regency Government has set a flood and landslide alert status. To overcome the problem of flooding, one of the recommended alternatives is retention pools. The design of retention ponds requires several analyses such as the Double Mass Curve method and the Outlier test as a data tester, the calculation of flood discharge using the Rational method obtained results of 9,27 m3 / s, rainfall frequency analysis with the right distribution selection with the results of the analysis in the form of the Log Person III method with a value of 94,247 mm with a
10-year birthday. After that, the flood discharge using the Rational Method obtained a value of 9,27 m3 / s. With the Batu Ampar Retention Pool with dimensions of 86 m x 86 m x 2.5 m and a volume of 18,490 m3, it is able to reduce flooding by 4,03% in the initial condition of the pool filled with 10,000 m3 and
0.44% of the condition when the pool is full.
