The population density information system is intended to improve efficiency in public services. Siak Hulu sub-district still does not have this information system and still does it manually. Thus complicating and slowing down the population process. Siak Hulu sub-district staff said that not every year population data collection is updated because there is no supporting application. Therefore, research is needed to develop a population density information system. The purpose of this information system is to make it easier for sub-district and sub-district employees to manipulate population data and can inform them to provide efficiency in community services. The method used in this study is Vikor to help determine the information of the most populous village in Siak Hulu District. This design stage has three diagrams, namely use case, activity diagram, and class diagram. The reports produced in this population density mapping application are in the form of maps with polygon points where each area is distinguished by different colors to determine the most populous villages and bring up population data such as population, area, number of worship facilities, health and education. Sub-district and village staff can update, delete, and change data on this application. With this method it produces 3 most populous villages in Siak Hulu District; Desa Baru, Tanah Merah, and Pandau jaya with the same amount of weight (Q) of 0.5.
