Gambaran Kualitas Hidup Pada Mahasiswa Kedokteran Preklinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau
This study focuses on the quality of life of pre-clinical medical students,
which is influenced by aspects of physical and psychological health, social
relationships, and the environment. Uses a quantitative approach with descriptive
methods to evaluate their quality of life through the WHOQOL-BREF model for a
holistic approach, this study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of quality of
life and its influencing factors, while trying to provide recommendations to improve
these conditions. The results showed that the majority of students had a good or
moderate quality of life, with 51.4% having good physical health, 41.4% having
good psychological health, 42.9% being in the moderate social relationship
category, and 48.6% having a good relationship with the environment, the dominant
aspects of quality of life covered four main domains, namely physical health,
psychological health, social relationships, and the environment, and some students
needed further attention regarding psychological health and relationships with the
environment. Active participation from universities and related parties is essential
to improve the quality of life of students, especially those in the moderate and poor
categories.
