Tingkat Kepuasan Ibu Bayi dan Balita terhadap Kinerja Posyandu Ditinjau dari Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty di Kelurahan Tanjung Rhu
The issue of stunting is still being addressed in Tanjung Rhu Village, Lima Puluh
District. In this case, the role with a significant impact is the performance of the
Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu), which directly deals with various
community problems, including health issues experienced by mothers and children.
Therefore, the level of community satisfaction with Posyandu services is determined by
various factors, one of which is the performance of health cadres, which plays an
important role. The approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample
was taken using consecutive sampling techniques with a total of 130 respondents. Data
were collected through guided interviews. The analysis was carried out using
Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the IPA analysis of
the three dimensions of service quality at the Posyandu in Tanjung Rhu Village
indicated that the dimensions of responsiveness (cadres' responsiveness) and assurance
(cadres' assurance) were already satisfying mothers of infants and toddlers.
Meanwhile, the empathy dimension (cadres' understanding) was not yet satisfying the
mothers of infants and toddlers. Indicators that need to be improved at the Tanjung
Rhu Village Posyandu are the cadres' attitude of serving responsively, the way cadres
receive and serve well, the cadres have enough time to provide services, serious
attention, cadres serve politely and kindly, and cadres are agile. and appreciate.
Meanwhile, performance indicators that need to be maintained are service cadres who
are always willing to respond to services, services that are appropriate to what mothers
of babies and toddlers want, and cadres serve with a reassuring attitude so that mothers
of babies and toddlers feel safe.
