Perbedaan Kadar Glukosa Darah Sewaktu Sesudah Melakukan Olahraga Aerob Dan Anaerob
Excessive blood glucose levels or what is commonly called hyperglycemia is a sign of Diabetes Mellitus due to impared insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. Excersie is one way to control blood glucose levels in DM Patient, where this reaction requires energy that come from glucose through metabolic pathway anaerobic (doest not requires oxygen) and aerobic (require oxygen). This study aims to determine the differences in the benefits of the two types of exercise anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise on individuals who actively exercise at one of the fitness center in Rintis sub-disctrict, Lima puluh district. This research method is pre-experimental design. This research was carried out in July-october 2023. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique, namely 40 participants from member and visitors. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, normality test, homogenity test dan paired T-test. The resuls of this research show that the average blood glucose after aerobic exercise is 85,55 mg/dl and anaerobic exercise is 91,15 mg/dl and conclusions based on the T-test show a significant difference (0,000).
