Budak Cinta (Bucin) Dalam Berpacaran Di Kalangan Mahasiswa Universitars Riau ( Studi Di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik )
This research was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau University, Pekanbaru City. Aims to find out how love slaves (bucin) are in dating among students. This research used descriptive qualitative methods with 5 informants. And data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is Michael Foucault's theory of power. The results of research in the field can be concluded that first, dating is an inner attitude that exists between a pair of lovers which is based on a feeling of affection for each other. Dating also aims to get to know each other both in terms of their nature and character or to get to know our partner more deeply.
Second, there are several background processes for dating, starting from the initial meeting, namely views, exchanging social media, continuing with PDKT or an approach, where at this time there is quite intense communication, which usually starts with chatting, moving up to a telephone call, exchanging news and it continues continuously. From these feelings arise actions to please the opposite sex, which leads to dating.
Third, there are several bad practices among students. The term bucin is often used to label those who are blinded by love, applied to those who act unreasonably in the name of 'love' or seem willing to do anything for their partner just to please their partner. This bucin practice can take the form of picking up and picking up your lover, quality time (spending time together), physical touch (physical touching), sleep calls (telephoning until you fall asleep), and giving gifts.
