The influence students’ motivation on academic achievement at SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru. The study was aim to investigate the description of students’ motivation at SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru, to investigate the description of academic achievement at SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru, and to find out the influence students’ motivation on academic achievement at SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative approach. The population of this study is XI students at SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru that is 92 students. 80 participants were chosen as the sample of this research. The data was collected by questionnaire and observation. The result showed that students the students’ motivation of SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru is in the high category, and the influence of the students’ motivation of SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru is in the medium category.
