This research was carried out from January to February 2023, Teluk Batil Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The aim of this research is to determine the diversity of businesses and income contribution from a variety of fishing businesses before, during and also after post-Covid-19. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey method. The selection of respondents used the census method and the number was 97 people. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and income analysis. The results of the research are the diversity of fishing businesses before, during, and after post-Covid-19, namely the head of the family (husband) works as a fisherman, including the main job and side jobs, namely as a laborer including workers in oil palm plantations, construction workers, and workers in pineapple plantations. . Meanwhile fishermen's wives weave mats as their main job and a small number of wives work as laborers in the market and for the children of each fisherman, namely sons as fishermen laborers, laborers in oil palm plantations, construction laborers, and laborers in pineapple plantations. which is the main job of fishermen's sons and as a side job, a small part only helps their parents in completing their work. Meanwhile, for the daughters of each fisherman, namely as workers in restaurants, fisherman workers, and laborers in the market, which is the main job of the girls of fishermen and for side jobs, a small part only helps their parents in completing their work and contributes income from the diversity of fishing businesses. namely 100% to 118% and that is ≥ 75%, it can be interpreted that the household income of fishermen is in the very high category.
