Penerapan Prinsip Pembelajaran Merdeka Belajar Di Sd Negeri 111 Pekanbaru
This qualitative research study aims to describe the role of teachers in applying the principles of independent learning in elementary schools. The study focuses on the existence of five learning principles in the independent learning curriculum. The data sources for this research were grade 1 and 2 teachers, subject teachers (sports), and driving teachers at SDN 111 Pekanbaru. Data collection was conducted during the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data was processed descriptively, analyzing the principles of independent learning. The results of the study showed that there are five learning principles in the independent learning curriculum, which are observed and analyzed based on the data collected. The teacher's role in implementing these principles is seen in their support for student conditions, promotion of lifelong learning, holistic approach, relevance to real- world contexts, and commitment to sustainability.
