Optimalisasi Agroindustri Kopra Putih Di Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This research aims to: First, find out the white copra agro-industrial production process. Second, analyze the income of the white copra agro-industry business. Third, analyze the income of the white copra agro-industry business. Third, analyze the optimal production combination of various white copra agro-industry products. Fourth, analyze the allocation of resources owned by white copra agro-industry business actors to achieve optimal conditions in white copra agro-industry businesses in Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, income analysis, and linear programming analysis. The results of this research are that there are two drying techniques in the white copra agro-industry business in Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, namely drying using sunlight and an oven. The income earned by the white copra agro-industry business by drying using sunlight is IDR 10,656,983.28/month and the white copra agro-industry business by drying using an oven is IDR 23,614,125.00/month. The optimal production combination of two white copra drying techniques in Tempuling District is Grade A white copra of 4,017.86 kg/month for drying using sunlight and 8,571.43 kg per month using an oven. The optimal combination of drying using sunlight with optimal active resources, namely drying floors, is worth IDR 4,257.34/kg. Every additional 1 kg of white copra will increase income by IDR 4,257.34. The optimal combination of drying using sunlight with optimal active resources, namely drying floors, is worth IDR 4,257.34/kg. Every additional 1 kg of white copra will increase income by IDR 4,257.34. When drying, the optimal active resource oven is used, namely an oven with an optimal value of IDR 4,285.54/kg, meaning that every additional 1 kg of white copra in the oven will generate income of IDR 4,285.54.
