Analisis Usaha Pengolahan Ikan Asin Lumajang (Cyclocheilichthys Enoplos) Di Desa Sering Kecamatan Pelalawan Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau
Salted fish processing businesses in Sering Village experience problems, namely the absence of guaranteed availability of raw materials because lumajang fish are only found in certain months and salted fish processing businesses that are highly dependent on natural factors in the form of sunlight. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through in-person interviews with locals who operate a lumajang salted fish processing business (Cyclocheilichtyhys enoplos) in Sering Village, Pelalawan District, Pelalawan Regency. The survey method was employed in this study to analyse secondary data by making direct observations of objects in the field. The results of this study are: 1) the average investment of lumajang salted fish processing business owners is IDR9,806,500 / year. 2) the average per-year revenue earned in the lumajang salted fish business amounted to IDR40,385,100/year, as well as an average profit of IDR9,153,425/year. 3) analysis of investment criteria, R/C ratio value of 1.29, FRR value of 93.34% and PPC value of 1.1 years. Based on these analysis criteria, Lumajang salted fish processing business is feasible to continue.
