Food security has now become a global issue in world development, increasing population and less than optimal development in the field of food production are the main factors causing this problem, if not anticipated, this will trigger high food deficit rates. One way to anticipate this problem is to carry out research and development on rice plants as a consistent main food source to optimize food production figures. Adequate public facilities are also the key to the government's consistency in doing this so that agriculture is optimal. The application of high-tech buildings is also an added value for research and development center buildings, but this is hampered by the use of energy that is not environmentally friendly, therefore Eco-Tech Architecture is one solution approach for this design case, Eco-Tech Architecture is one an architectural approach method that integrates technology and the environment, thereby creating a balanced artificial environment. In deepening understanding regarding this problem, field observations and computational simulations were carried out as primary data processing methods, as well as literature studies as secondary data processing methods. It is hoped that this design can optimize the agricultural sector, both in terms of science, seed quality, etc. other.
