This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at a palm oil company, namely PT Mitra Bumi PKS. This study used 43 respondents who were all employees of PT Mitra Bumi PKS. In this study, the sampling technique used is Censu/Total Sampling. The tests carried out in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality classical assumption test, multicollinearity classical assumption test, heteroscedacity classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee morale.
