Pengaruh Likuiditas, Solvabilitas Dan Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Sektor Property Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) Periode 2018-2022

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and receivables turnover on profitability in the Property and Real Estate Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses secondary data. The population in this study includes all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022, totaling 77 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a total of 38 companies that meet the criteria. The statistical analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, while the hypothesis test used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis test using the SPSS 23 application. The results of the research show that: (1) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability. (2) solvency has a negative and significant effect on profitability. (3) receivables turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2022 period.
