Interaksi Sosial Anggota Kelompok Pembudidaya Lele Di Desa Hangtuah Kecamatan Perhentian Raja Kabupaten Kampar

This research was conducted in February 2022 which took place in Hangtuah Village, Perhentian Raja Sub District, Kampar District. The purpose of this research is to analyze the social interaction of group members in terms of cooperation, analyze the interaction of group members in terms of learning and analyze the interaction of group members in providing means of production. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, using informants as the object of research. The informants in this research were 10 people from four different groups, which were taken by nonprobability sampling. Interaction of group members in terms of cooperation that occurs in the form of providing bussiness capital, processing results, marketing seeds and making and repairing sewer lines. The form of cooperation in the interaction that occurs is harmony which includes mutual cooperation and helping each other. Social interaction in terms of learning that occurs is the provision of information on cultivation activities in the form of training by extension workers and group meetings that must be attended by all group members. The cultivators give each other ideas, suggestions and input for cultivation activities. Social interaction in providing production facilities, namely in producing seeds that are carried out mutually to meet consumer demand and makinh feed which is carried out.
