Perancangan Student Collaborative Learning Center Pekanbaru Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku
The Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Mendikbudristek) launched the Merdeka Curriculum which will be implemented at all levels of education starting February 2022. This curriculum will focus learning on students and / or students as a group of learners who play an active role, and teachers as supporting and supporting elements. The Riau Province statistics center agency until 2021 recorded 367,640 people registered as students ranging from kindergarten to university level. Students are divided into small groups and learning will be carried out using collaborative learning methods. Student Collaborative Learning Center is an activity center or facility that accommodates learning activities carried out in groups to support collaborative learning methods that are being intensified for students at all levels of education. To accommodate these activities, a room is needed that supports the interaction of individuals with other individuals, or with the environment. Behavioral Architecture is an approach that studies the mutual relationships, influences, and interrelationships between humans and their environment and behavior. Behavioral Architecture, which in its application to the design, pays attention to aspects of user behavior in order to accommodate activities and interactions through space requirements, circulation, and space polarity to adjust the behavior of building users (Syavina, 2022), is then assumed to be appropriate for use in the design of the Student Collaborative Learning Center Pekanbaru. It is intended that the design can influence user behavior to support activities that allow users to interact in collaborative activities as the main function of the building but users also remain connected to nature and the surrounding environment.
