Penerapan Prinsip Arsitektur Futuristik Pada Perancangan Innovation Center Di Pekanbaru

Increasing people's mindset in the industrial era 4.0 can have an influence on improving people's living standards, the need for the latest innovations in society is increasingly being taken into account. This is related to the rapid development of technology in this modern era, with the progress and development of innovation it can require society to adapt to new things. Developing innovation is one way to develop the quality of an area by creating an intelligent and effective system in society. Pekanbaru City is the capital and largest city in Riau Province. Pekanbaru City succeeded in winning an award as "Most Innovative City" in the Innovative Government Award (IGA) in 2022. The regional government of Pekanbaru City has also carried out several movements that are able to support the level of regional innovation, by holding the Champion of Innovation (WCI) Workshop which held every year, with the development of innovation being increasingly actively developed and improved by the regional government of Pekanbaru City, there is a need for a forum capable of accommodating innovation activities in Pekanbaru City. It is hoped that the design of the Innovation Center in Pekanbaru City can become a forum for developing innovation to increase regional progress, and can become a forum for the community, students and students to support the learning process in creating new, innovative ideas by offering educational and recreational- based recreation facilities. The Innovation Center offers the application of futuristic architecture that can encourage the objectives of the Innovation Center design function to create creative new innovations. The application of futuristic architectural principles can create an active and inspiring environment to stimulate the emergence of new, innovative ideas. Case Study and Hermetic Coding methods were used in designing the Innovation Center, by collecting data, theories, themes from functions and similar design themes through various sources, to produce speculation which will be used as data to support the design process.
