Islam is one of the great religions in the world. This religion is a monotheistic religion founded in the 7th century in Arabia by the Prophet Muhammad. Islam teaches the teachings contained in the Koran, the holy book of this religion, and also the hadith, records of the actions and words of the Prophet Muhammad. Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. With 207.4 million people, a percentage of 87.2% of the total population. In general, Islam first entered Indonesia in the 7th century AD through trade intermediaries. Ujung Batu is a sub-district located in Rokan Hulu Regency in Riau Province, which is nicknamed the land of a thousand suluks, with a population of 46,331 people and an area of 133.66 km2. The Islamic Center is a facility where Muslims gather with various activities, places of worship, religious education facilities, community events and as a public service that encourages the need for learning in the context of Islamic values. The location chosen for Ujung Batu Rokan Hulu District was chosen because this location was not The existence of Islam at the sub-district level is caused by a number of factors including limited financial resources, different development priorities, disagreement between the government and stakeholders, an insufficient level of community involvement, limited space and city zoning, and crime in the sub-district and district areas. tall. The function of the Islamic Center is to provide Islamic activities that form a single unit that has enormous benefits for society which has the values of worship, religious education, social science and culture, as well as applying Islamic activities creatively. With the Islamic Architecture approach, it is a building that includes all types of buildings, not just monuments or religious buildings, which can be interpreted that Islamic Architecture is the process of a human being towards God which has a harmonious relationship between humans, the environment and their creator.
