As one of the departments in Faculty of Engineering at Riau University. Electrical engineering has several rooms dan laboratories and items that can support the lecture process. Students can borrow lecture inventory administration staff and fill the borrowing data on a paper provided by administration staff. There are problems that often occure in the process of borrowing such as the long borrowing process due to queues, students who do not fill the data correctly, and there is no evidence when the inventory are returned. From these conditions, a lecture inventory system is needed to help the existing inventory management process so that the process of borrowing and managing lecture inventory is more effective and efficient. System development is using the prototype method. The inventory system was developed using bootstrap v 5.0 framework and laravel framework. System testing is using the ISO 25010 standard which consists of eight aspect of testing. Functionality tesing whis gets 100% result. Reliability testing using SonarQube tools that get an A grade which proves there are no bugs in the systems. Maintainability tesing using SonarQube tools tah get an A with 624 Code Smells detected during testing. Performance efficiency testing using GTMetrix tools which gets a B with 80% level performance, this proves that the systems has good performance. Portability testing gets 100% results on four types of browsers tested, this proves the systems can run well on each browser. Then in compatibility testing also obtained 100% results using 11 types of devices from desktop and mobile, this proves that the system can run well on the device to used. Security testing using Qualys SSL Labs tools and get an a result, this proves that the systems is safe to use. Finally, usability testing using UEQ obtain the results of attractiveness 2,020, perspucuity 2,045, efficiency 2,114, depandability 1,955, stimulation 2,144, and novelty 1,913.
