Analisis Level Kinerja Struktur Gedung Bertingkat Menggunakan Metode Pushover (Kasus: Gedung Health Studies Complex Universitas Riau)
The use of earthquake-resistant building structures is necessary in earthquake-prone areas such as Indonesia, especially for asymmetrical buildings. Structural resistance to earthquakes is seen based on the performance level of the structure. Analysis of structural performance levels needs to be carried out on buildings in earthquake-prone areas. The final project aims to analyze the performance level of a multi-storey building structure in a āUā shaped structure that has dilation. Structural modeling is carried out by controlling the value of modal participating mass ratio, base shear force, and deviation between floors according to SNI 1726: 2019. Pushover analysis is performed to obtain the target displacement value according to ASCE 41-17. The structural performance level is determined based on the target displacement value with reference to ATC-40. The results of the modal participating mass ratio analysis reached a value of 100% in the three buildings according to the control. The dynamic base shear force analysis results are greater than the static base shear force in all three buildings according to the control. The results of the inter-storey deviation analysis are smaller than the permissible inter-storey deviation in all three buildings according to the control. Pushover analysis resulted in target displacement values for building A in the X direction of 87 mm and Y direction of 68 mm, building B in the X direction of 109 mm and Y direction of 108 mm, and building C in the X direction of 62 mm and Y direction of 59 mm. The resulting performance level is immediate occupancy for all three buildings, both in the X and Y directions. Immediate occupancy can be defined as a condition where the structure retains its stiffness and strength during an earthquake and remains safe to occupied.
