Hubungan Nilai Pelanggan Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran Pada Petani Jeruk Siam Di Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
The benefits that customers get when buying Siamese oranges produced by farmers is called customer value. The success of customer value can influence the marketing performance of Siamese oranges. The research was conducted in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between customer value and emotional value, social value, quality/performance value, and price value among Siamese orange farmers. The population in this study was 32 farmers, selected using a saturated sampling technique that looked at farmers who had carried out buying and selling and production of Siamese oranges. Data collection techniques in this research are field observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used is Spearman rank correlation with the SPSS application. Based on the research results, it is stated that customer value consisting of emotional value (X1), social value (X2), quality value (X3) and price value (X4) has a significant relationship with the marketing performance of Siamese orange farmers in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency.
