Analisis Hubungan Kualitas Kemampuan Fisik Dan Sarana Pendukung Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Panen Kelapa Sawit Di Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Terantam
The productivity of harvesting employees in oil palm plantations is influenced by the quality and physical abilities of employees exceeding the company's housing facilities. This research aims to determine the level of labor productivity of oil palm harvesting employees at PTPN V Kebun Terantam and analyze the relationship between quality factors and physical abilities as well as supporting facilities on the labor productivity of palm oil harvesting employees at PTPN V Kebun Terantam. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method guided by the Likert scale and Spearman rank correlation test. The results of the quantitative descriptive analysis that has been carried out are that the labor productivity of oil palm harvesting employees at PTPN V Kebun Terantam when viewed in terms of quantity, quality, and time constraints for working as a whole is in a good category. The results of the Spearman rank test analysis showed that the relationship between the quality and physical abilities of oil palm harvesting employees at PTPN V Kebun Terantam, which includes education, experience, work motivation, and mental health, has a fairly strong and significant relationship with employee productivity. Age and work ethic have a strong and significant relationship to employee productivity. The relationship between supporting facilities including the work environment and premiums has a strong and significant relationship to the productivity of oil palm harvesting employees at PTPN V Kebun Terantam. The salary sub-variable has a very strong relationship with the productivity of oil palm harvesting employees at PTPN V Kebun Terantam.
