Pengaruh Harapan Orang Tua Terhadap Hasil Belajar Anak Petani Sawit Di Sdn Desa Sibuak Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
This study uses a quantitative approach with the ex-post facto method, where the independent variable is an event that has occurred. The population in this study were children of oil palm farmers at SDN Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, totaling 55 respondents. In this study, sampling used the Total Sampling method. According to Sugiyono (2009:63) Total Sampling is a way of taking the entire population as a research sample. The use of this total sampling technique is due to the population being less than 100 people. So the number of samples in this study was 55 children of oil palm farmers at SDN Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Based on the analysis of the demographic factors of the respondents, the learning outcome variable showed a mean of 81.12. In the demographic factor analysis of the parental expectation variable, the mean obtained was 4.22. In the descriptive analysis of each variable, the learning outcome variable obtained a mean value of 81.15 which was categorized as high, and the parental expectation variable obtained a mean value of 4.21 which was also categorized as high.The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of parental expectations on the learning outcomes of children of oil palm farmers at SDN Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency of 24.5% with a low interpretation.
