This objectives of this research are to determine the application of beef cattle fattening technology at RBI Farm, analyze performance using a balanced scorecard and develop a business strategy at RBI Farm. This research uses the Gap Analysis, Balanced Scorecard, Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The parameters measured in the Gap Analysis method are environmental conditions, livestock seeds, livestock pen buildings, feed availability, production facilities and livestock health and age at sale. The parameters measured in the Balanced Scorecard are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. Parameters measured in the Analytical Hierarchy Process matrix for each criterion and alternative.
The results of the research show that reducing production costs is the main priority strategy in order to increase company profits. This can be seen from the ranking of priority strategies from the 4 perspectives in measuring the performance of beef cattle farming businesses. RBI Farm shows the financial perspective in category 1 with a value of 0.438, the internal business perspective category ranked 2 with a value of 0.244, learning and growth category ranked 3 with a value of 0.219 and customer category ranked 4 with a value of 0.099 and priority strategy ranking from the 3rd Alternative in measuring the performance of beef cattle farming business RBI Farm shows reducing production costs in the ranking category 1 with a value 0.391, improving the quality of work training for employees in rank 2 category with a value of 0.315 and improving the quality of meat in rank 3 category.
