Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerima Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan Menggunakan Metode Multifactor Evaluation Process (Studi Kasus:Desa Tangun Kecamatan Bangun Purba)

Poverty is the main factor in someone not being able to fulfill primary or secondary needs. The government's efforts to improve community welfare are by holding various assistance programs, one of which is the family hope program for underprivileged communities. However, the government has difficulty in making decisions in data processing, so a Decision Support System is needed that can help the government in optimizing decision making, namely the MFEP method which is one method that can help make optimal decisions with concepts that are easy to understand. Tangun village is one of the villages that requires a decision support system in selecting the family hope program. The steps used to create a support system for selecting assistance for the Family Hope Program are UML, where UML has several diagrams, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. When creating the system, the web server programming language, MySQL, PHP and other modules are also used in one application package. The data processed in this research was 100 Tangun village residents and used 7 criteria in the form of income, roof condition, wall type, floor type, availability of toilets, clean water source and number of dependents. From calculating 100 data and 7 criteria, the ranking results were obtained with the highest value of 2,3 and the lowest 1,1, therefore the MFEP method can be used in selecting recipients of the Family Hope Program assistance.
