Sistem Informasi Peramalan Persediaan Pupuk Menggunakan Metode Exponential Smoothing (Studi Kasus: Cv. Bima As Group Sumatera Utara)

Forecasting is an activity of predicting future events using and considering data from the past. This study aimed create an information system to predict the amount of fertilizer sales of NPK Granule Gajah Mas at CV. Bima As Group Sumatera Utara using sales sample data for the period January 2021 – December 2021 with exponential smoothing methods. The steps taken are to analyze system requirements, system design with UML, implementation with programming language and testing using black box testing. The system results by the smallest MAPE of 29.91% using the double exponential smoothing method using alpha 0.3.
