Analisis Perbandingan Pendapatan Penjualan Nanas Utuh Dengan Nanas Kupas Di Kota Pekanbaru

Pekanbaru is one of the cities that sells pineapples from various regions in Riau Province by peeling or whole. This difference in how to sell will affect the income received by the seller. Thereis adifferencein consumerinterest in wholepineapples and peeled pineapples, so most sellers are interested in selling peeled pineapples rather than whole pineapples. The purpose of this study is to analyze revenue, efficiency and comparison of sales revenue between whole pineapples and peeled pineapples in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted from June 2023 to February 2024. Thesample used in this study was 30 pineapple sellers. The method used is a parametric statistical test, namely the paired sample t-test. The results of the study show that the average gross income from pineapple sellers is IDR 12,200,100.- per month with the average gross income of peeled pineapples is IDR 8,434,917.- per month and the average gross income from the sale of whole pineapples is IDR 3,765,183. The average net income of whole pineapple and peel traders in Pekanbaru City is IDR 2,570,731 per month. The average efficiency of pineapple sales is 0.36 so that the sale of whole pineapples is inefficient and unprofitable. The result of the efficiency of peeled pineapple sales is located in position 1, which means that the sales of peeled pineapples by pineapple traders in Pekanbaru City are at the break-even point. The results of the t Paired Sample T-test have a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a difference in the average revenue from the sale of whole pineapples and the sale of peeled pineapples in the pineapple business in Pekanbaru City.
