Production of bitter melon chips in Home Industry Permata Foods is still facing several problems due to lack of identifications on the supply chain and partnership between supplier and distributor, added value of proccessing bitter melon into chips, and recommendations for improving the agroindustrial business performance has not been identified. The aimofthis research is to identify product, financial and information flows, added value of processing bitter melon into bitter melon chips, and to formulate recommendations for improving the performance for Home Industry Permata Foods. The research has been carried out from July to November 2023 at Home Industry Permata Foods. Types of data used are primary and secondary data and the analysis methods were used are descriptive and analytical analysis. The result of this research is the supply chain involves four parties with two supplychain channels. The product flow on the bitter melon chips supply chain occurs in straight-flow direction, the financial occurs in reverse direction, dan the informational flow occurs in two-way direction. The bitter melon chips production provides profit of Rp. 117.005 and positive added value of Rp. 23.700/kg. The recommendations for improving theperformance for HomeIndustryPermata Foods is to socialization of product to the consumers and qualiti improvement and maintaining the availability of bitter melons. The recommendation for the agroindustry is to optimize the production cost of bitter melon chips to increase the profit from the business.
