Dewi Susanti, NIM 2210246695. Implementation of the Madrasah Head Performance Assessment Program (MHPA) at MTs Negeri 2 Siak through the CIPP Model (Case Study). Supervised by Mr. Prof. Dr. Fadly Azhar, Dipl. M.Ed and Mrs. Dr. Putri Yuanita, M.Ed. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Madrasah Principal Performance Assessment Program (PKKM) at MTs Negeri 2 Siak through the CIPP Model. The background of this research is based on the fact that
the majority of madrasas within the Siak Ministry of Religion are not yet ready to implement the Madrasah Head Performance Assessment Program, but MTs Negeri 2 Siak stated that they are ready to carry out the Madrasah Head Performance Assessment and have received the results with the title Very Good. The aim of implementing the Madrasah Head Performance Assessment is to
increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the madrasah head's performance which will be the basis for professional development. This study was conducted as a means to provide benefits. It is hoped that there will be benefits from this study, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. The theoretical benefit of this study is envisioned as being able to expand scientific insight, especially those related to the implementation of the performance assessment program for madrasah heads through the CIPP model. Then the practical benefits of this study are projected to be able to share benefits for the educational unit, for the madrasah, and for the head of the madrasah, as well as future researchers. This research used the Qualitative Descriptive Study method, and was carried out at MTs Negeri 2 Siak involving human resources in the form of madrasah heads as key informants and supervisors, teachers and the Head of the Islamic Education Section of the Siak Ministry of Religion as
supporting informants. The methods used to collect information related to the studies studied in this research are documentation, observation and interviews. The method used to analyze the information that has been collected regarding this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research obtained from the implementation of the madrasah head performance program itself are the madrasa head reports issued by the Ministry of Religion of Siak district, the value of which comes from the performance assessment of the madrasah head carried out by supervisors who have been appointed by the Siak Ministry of Religion. Then the output of the performance assessment of the madrasah head at
MTs Negeri 2 Siak is the report of the head of the madrasah given by the Ministry
of Religion of Siak to the head of MTs Negeri 2 Siak who has implemented the
performance assessment program for the head of the madrasah as well as the
various types of achievements that have been achieved by the students, teachers
and educational staff as well as the achievements made by the madrasah itself. For
example, MTs Negeri 2 Siak succeeded in getting 1st place at the provincial level
in the field of arts at the Riau Province Madrasah Award event in 2022. Apart
from that, the series of achievements of the students shows the ability of the head
of MTs Negeri 2 Siak to develop the potential of his students. Apart from that, the

Performance Assessment aims to prepare the madrasah to face Madrasah
Accreditation which is carried out every 5 (five) years.
