This research aims to analyze the implementation of the management of the moving teacher education programs the kindergarten level in the sub-focus of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques that will be used in this research include reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification.
The research results show that the manajement implementation of the moving teacher education program in Pekanbaru City faces various challenges such as resistance to change and lack of support and time to carry out tasks. However, this program succeeded in having a positive impact in improving teachers' pedagogical competence and creating a more innovative and effective learning environment.
The implementation of the management of the teacher education program driving the State Kindergarten level in Pekanbaru City in the planning subfocus has gone well. Several stages such as needs analysis, setting program objectives and identifying targets and strategies have been implemented well. In the organizing subfocus, this program was also rated as good. The organizational structure and division of tasks in the program are clear and organized, making it easier to implement the program.
In the sub-focus of implementation, the driving teacher education program has been implemented very well. This program succeeded in increasing teacher pedagogical competence and creating a more innovative and effective learning environment. However, some challenges such as resistance to change and lack of time to carry out tasks are still faced. The subfocus of program supervision is considered quite good. Even though monitoring has been carried out, there is still a need for regular evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure the program can achieve its objectives optimally.
The implementation of the driving teacher education program in Pekanbaru City has shown positive results in improving the quality of education. However, to ensure the sustainability and success of this program, regular evaluation and continuous improvement are needed. This program has great potential to make a real contribution to improving the quality of education in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru City if the existing challenges can be overcome properly.
