The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously on the work discipline of employees of PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif in Pekanbaru. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the service department of PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif in Pekanbaru totaling 64 people. The sample of this study was taken from the entire population of 64 people, the sampling technique was the census sampling method. The data obtained in this study from the results of distributing questionnaires processed with the SPSS 24 analysis program. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the leadership variable had an effect on work discipline, where t count 7,440> t table 1,998 with a significance value of 0.000 t table 1,998 and a significance value of 0.000 Ftable of 3.15 and sig 0.000
